Dicks Sporting Goods

I worked for Dicks Sporting Goods for 4 years where I ultimately was in charge of enhancing the performance of its sales associates. With over 150 sales associates, I oversaw ongoing training, evaluation, and delegation of tasks, as well as regular team meetings to provide feedback and track metrics. I also performed day-to-day store operations, such as devising weekly schedules and reports, and leading team meetings. In my time there I was awarded Employee of the Month, Defensive Player of the Month, & Presidents Award (store achievement - best in company with overall metrics). I enjoyed being apart of store events that gave back to the community but also events that motivated my team.
